Exchanges and returns are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items including their original packaging, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds will exclude shipping charges (if any additional shipping charges were made) and will only be made once I have received the return in good condition. Please get in touch with me before returning. All returns should be well packaged to avoid damage.
