You can purchase a Ruby Jones Gift Card in various values. Ideal if you know they will love my jewellery but not sure which item to buy.

The card is made from Birch Plywood so it truly feels like something special, and will come in a gift box – no need to add gift wrapping.

Simply add to your basket amounts that add to the total you need, the card will be for the total value selected – and is in the form of coupon codes that will deduct the amounts at checkout.

The recipient can then take their time and browse, they can be redeemed on this website or in person with me at any market I am at.

Gift cards can be used for partial payment, but the whole gift card amount must be used in one transaction, the gift card will be valid for minimum one year ( current cards are valid to 31/12/2024).

**Please note they cannot be redeemed with my stockists.**

Delivery, postage & returns

UK Delivery

UK orders will be shipped by Royal Mail, this will be free on orders over £50, £2 on orders under £50.

Gift wrapping can be added for an additional £3. This will consist of jewellery being sent in cotton gift bags, with tissue and ribbons, all the work done for you! Please use the tick box to add gift wrapping to your order.

I can also send orders by Special Delivery /Guaranteed Delivery – this will incur a surcharge which will be invoiced.

International Delivery

Please get in touch with me for International orders before buying – I will then send you a delivery price, dependent on country and weight of parcel. Unfortunately, due to new EU requirements, I can no longer ship to the EU.

You may also be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, you will be solely responsible for any such charges.

Returns & Exchanges

I always want you to be delighted with your deliveries, but in the unfortunate circumstance of items arriving damaged then please contact me at hello@ruby-jones.co.uk

Exchanges and returns are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items including their original packaging, earrings should not be tried on for hygiene reasons.

Refunds will exclude shipping charges (if any additional shipping charges were made) and will only be made once I have received the return in good condition. Please get in touch with me before returning. All returns should be well packaged to avoid damage.

Orders

Orders will be shipped within 7 days from the day they are placed, with the exception of custom orders which are made to order.

Custom orders will be shipped within 14 days.

If you require the order by a certain date, please do get in touch to check if this is possible.
