Orders
I will post orders of in stock jewellery within 7 days from the day they are placed.
Custom orders will take me a little longer as they are made to order. These should be posted within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
If you need your jewellery by a certain date, please do get in touch to check if this is possible.
UK Delivery
For UK orders I use Royal Mail, which is free on orders over £50, and £2 on orders under £50.
Gift wrapping can be added for an additional £3. This will be in a jewellery box, with tissue paper and ribbons, all the work is done for you! You can add gift wrapping when adding the item to your basket or at checkout.
I can also send orders by Special Delivery /Guaranteed Delivery if requested – this will incur a surcharge which will be invoiced.
International Delivery
Please contact me before checkout on International orders – I will check the delivery price, dependent on country and weight of parcel. If you are happy to pay this then we can proceed.
You may also be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees in your country, you will be solely responsible for any such charges.
Returns & Exchanges
I always want you to be delighted with your deliveries, but in the unfortunate circumstance of items arriving damaged then please contact me at hello@ruby-jones.co.uk. Please also send me a picture of the damaged items as well as packaging as it arrived with you.
Please note that I can only accept exchanges and returns for unworn, unaltered items including their original packaging. Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
I also cannot refunds shipping charges. I will make the refund once I have received the return in good condition. Please get in touch with me before returning. All returns should be well packaged to avoid damage.
Other
I do my very best to ensure accurate descriptions and colour accuracy. Due to variations in monitor settings, calibrations, etc there may be some small variation from real life to that displayed on screen.

Under no circumstances do I share your information with any third parties or store that information on any external system accessible by any third parties.
When you purchase items from my online shop, the information you provide at check out is used primarily to process your order and send your order to you, as well as contact you in case of any queries about your order.
I do not automatically add you to any marketing materials. I also do not store any payment information on this site.
If you have contacted me using the online form your email is submitted to allow me to reply to your query. Again you are not added to any marketing communications and aside from responding to your queries you won’t receive any additional communications from me.
